一、Participate in strategic planning and management decision-making
1、Participate in company strategic planning, make suggestions and participate in decision-making；
2、Participate in the company's decision-making committee, make suggestions on related major business and management activities and participate in decision-making；
二、Production Management
1、Completion of product output: based on the annual production objective of the enterprise, organize to formulate the progress plan, draw up quality and safety measures, check and implement the assessment requirements, and ensure overall completion of the product output of the enterprise;
2、On-site management: organize, guide and implement supervision in accordance with the Company's on-site management requirements to ensure that the production on-site management meets the standard;
3、Organization and coordination: be responsible for coordinating various management, technology and operation problems in the whole process of product input and output according to the problems occurred in the production and operation process, regularly review various statements and documents, handle emergencies, coordinate and correct contradictions between classes, and propose corrective measures to ensure the effective operation of the Company's production process;
4、Expense cost control: based on the annual expense cost index issued by the Company, organize the decomposition and implementation to relevant subordinate departments, review and approve the special assessment methods for key costs, examine and approve various expenses in accordance with the authority regulations, so as to ensure the normal operation of production management projects and the effective control of production process expenses.
三、Quality Management
1、Lead the establishment and improvement of quality management system, and organize the implementation, supervision and inspection;
2、Organize, implement, supervise and regulate various processes and quality indexes in the production process;
3、Master the quality status in the production process at any time, coordinate the communication and cooperation among all departments, and solve problems during production in time;
四、Procurement Management
1、Guide, supervise and control the operation of procurement and the implementation of annual procurement cost reduction measures;
五、Warehouse Management
1、Supervise and guide the warehouse management.
Job requirements
Training experience: have received training in management, leadership development, enterprise strategic management, strategic human resource management, finance, etc.
Work experience: 5 years working experience in manufacturing production management coordination.
Skills: be familiar with the production process of the industry, raw material supply channel; be familiar with production procedures and quality standards; know financial and legal knowledge.
Work attitude: excellent leadership ability, judgment and decision-making ability, planning and execution ability, communication ability, negotiation ability; be able to work under great pressure; be able to lead a team, with good team spirit.
